Dear readers, Singapore Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong will be addressing the nation today at 11am on Singapore’s Covid-19 situation.
I believe PM Lee will outline more details of Singapore’s gradual re-opening as it was recently reported that the Omicron wave in Singapore has shown signs of subsiding.
I would think masking up will be the last initiative to go. I would think tomorrow announcement will be on how more people may be allowed to go back to office and working from home may be gradually scaled down though this should still be necessary.
If so, would I welcome going back to office more? Of course not. Working from home saves me time and money, especially when transport costs have been increasing on the back of rising inflation.
More importantly, working from home provides me with the needed focus to concentrate on the task on hand.
