Dear readers, I read an article in The Straits Times today that at least nine companies have announced potential delistings.
They are:
SLB Development
PEC
Econ Healthcare
Sinarmas Land
ICP
Amara Holdings
Procurri Corp
Aoxin Q&M
Ban Leong
This wave of potential delistings, if materialised are not conducive for the Singapore stock markets, especially when there is also a scarcity of new IPOs for the Singapore stocks markets.
Going forward, I am of the view that the Mapletree, Frasers, Capitaland Trusts and Reits will be consolidated and privatised, read more about my views here.
