Dear readers, I was recently in Pasir Ris town, a town with chalet-like vibes in the east of Singapore.
I was quite surprised to find that construction is ongoing for the development of another new shopping mall, called Pasir Ris mall in Pasir Ris, besides White Sands shopping centre!
The development is by AllGreen Properties. And based on AllGreen Properties website, I found out that Pasir Ris Mall is part of an integrated development project that encompasses a condominium called Pasir Ris 8 and a Town Plaza with direct links to the bus interchange and Pasir Ris MRT station.
The website also shared that Pasir Ris mall will include more than 150 retail and F&B offerings including a Polyclinic and childcare centre.
Another shopping mall for Pasir Ris residents and I believe it is a welcome news to them.
