Dear readers, I have been very busy at work. Yes, you heard me correct very busy at work even when I am working from home.
Busy managing the many different work tasks.
And while managing these, managing the additional work load that comes in during the day. Some of which have pressing timelines.
Answering questions from bosses and colleagues.
Attending meetings both remote and sometime onsite.
Working overtime.
I have been looking at the computer screen for hours each day, till my eyes have become tired.
I don’t complain much because others have it tougher on the backdrop of bearish economy.
Work Life Balance formula to me is just simply: (How much you earn from your work) divided by the number of hours you spend at work (including overtime hours).
I strive to, and think many people also want to have a high numerator and a low denominator of the above formula.
In a nutshell, spend the least amount of time to earn the highest income at work so that we will have more time on our other personal commitments and interests. Have a Good Day ahead!
