Dear readers, at the time of my writing, stock markets continue to be bearish, sluggish, whatever terms you call it.
On the Singapore stocks markets front, I think many investors are sitting on the sideline, waiting for clearer clarity on how the COVID-19 will pan out.
Sitting on the sideline is a wise strategy if it means trying to make sense of the markets before investing precious monies into stocks.
