This stock is none other than KLCC Property Holdings Berhad (KLCC) stock or KLSE:5235SS.
KLCC stock currently trades at MYR 7.79 which is near to its 52-week low of MYR 7.38. The dividend yield of KLCC stock is 4.88%. KLCC is a REIT listed on the Malaysian stock exchange. While KLCC stock is oversold, this does not necessarily mean that the stock will rebound anytime soon.
