Dear readers, NoonTalk Media is preparing for an IPO as it lodged its preliminary offer documents with SGX on 28 Oct 2022.
Popular former DJ and actor Dasmond Koh is the co-founder and controlling shareholder of NoonTalk Media.
Based on media reports, the business of NoonTalk can be divided into three segments:
First, management of its freelance and in-house artistes
Second, multimedia production
Third, event conceptualisation
As for the revenues and earnings figures for the past three years:
FY 2020: $3.04 million (revenue) with earnings of $73,939, and pre-offering earnings per share (EPS) of 4 cents.
FY 2021: $3.83 million (revenue) with earnings of $189,244, and pre-offering earnings per share (EPS) of 11 cents.
FY2022: $6.37 million (revenue) with earnings of $22,407, and pre-offering earnings per share (EPS) of 1 cents.
