Dear readers, in this post I am going to reveal nineteen Singapore Reits and Trusts which are not only undervalued but which are paying decent dividend yields of 6% to 9%.
Why do I mention specifically the word “decent” when it comes to Reits and Trusts dividends? Well, against the current business landscape, some Reits and Trusts are inevitably affected on the business fronts. And this is likely to affect the dividend cashflow of the Reits and Trusts. On the other hand, the price of some Reits and Trusts have went south by a fair bit that the dividend yield becomes higher taking in view past dividend yields recorded (which may actually be lower going forward). Hence I am skipping the names of Singapore Reits and Trusts which have dividend yields that are over 10% (likely these Reits and Trusts are current lagging behind in the current stocks markets).
