Dear readers, in this post, let me share with you three most expensive condominiums by per square foot among the property transactions with contract date 29 Jul to 11 Aug 2021
In 3rd place is a 99-year leasehold condominium unit at Riviere in District 3. At 1,711 square foot, the Riviere unit was sold at $5.18 million or at the price per square foot of $3,027.
At second spot, a freehold condo unit at The Avenir. Measuring 1,528 square foot, the unit was sold for $5.143m or price per square foot of $3,365.
The top spot goes to a 3,057 square foot unit at The Ritz-Carlton Residences which was sold at $14 million or $4,579 per square foot.
