Dear readers, MOOREAST HOLDINGS IPO is right now opening up for applications. It has been really some time since I read of an IPO on SGX, and hence let us get to know of the details of MOOREAST IPO.
Mooreast Holdings is offering 800,000 shares to the public at S$0.22 (there will be 38,050,000 Placement Shares at S$0.22). Based on the IPO advertisement, Mooring Holdings is a total mooring solutions specialist which serves mainly the offshore oil and gas, marine and offshore renewable energy industries. The business of Mooreast is divided into four segment: (a) Renewable Energy, (b) Mooring, (c) Rigging and Heavy Lifting, and (d) Marine Supplies and Services.
MOOREAST HOLDINGS IPO opens today and the offer closes on 22 Nov 21 at 1200 hrs.
