MARCH 2023 PERFORMANCE BONUS

Dear readers, I am looking forward to my March 2023 Performance Bonus as my company pays the performance bonus for its staff in the last month of every financial year.

When it comes to my Performance Bonus, naturally I hope for a good performance score as assessed by my bosses since the quantum of the Performance Bonus is tagged to the score. The better the assessed score, the better will be the Performance Bonus, this is as simple as it can get technically speaking.

But move away from the above technical equation, things may not be as simple. Sometime, the hard work you put in may not be recognised by the bosses but sometimes, one is rewarded for one’s hard work. I experienced all of the above in these years of my career.

In each work portfolio, I work hard and do my best in my ability and I find it rewarding and am grateful to be given an opportunity to make a contribution to the company in diverse areas.

I find that the reward of doing one’s best at work is spiritually satisfying and far outweighs the monetary value of bonuses, but no one will complain about a bigger bonus!

If your company’s performance payout is also in March, wishing you a big fat performance bonus this month!
