Dear readers, I have been receiving property flyers in my mailbox each time I open my mailboxes.
As I am not looking at properties, I threw the property flyers into the recycling bins. This is a better option than thrash bins as the flyers get recycled.
I thought about the time, monies and efforts spent by marketing firms to conceptualize, design and print the flyers. And not to mention, to hire manpower to put these flyers into mailboxes.
From what I noted, many of the flyers went into the nearby trash or recycling bins. This really is not friendly to Mother Earth.
I will go so far to say that the property flyers could be a waste of time and effort given many of them end up in recycling or trash bins. Or is it?
For the few hundreds of flyers placed in mailboxes of households, as long as there are one or two households who contact the property agents featured in the flyers and provided the property transactions are successful, the property commissions could easily offset all the time, monies and efforts spent on the flyers given that commissions earned by property agents can be quite lucrative.
