Dear reader, the above video is yet another video which I watch in relation to the question on whether the US recession will be coming. Indeed, as various indices of US went south in a way not seen before in years and as the US-China trade tensions continue to shape the stocks markets, many investors think that a US recession could be likely.
And investors’ response in the light of a probable US recession is to invest in defensive plays like Reits or even in Gold ETF (which is often thought of as a safe haven in times of volatility).
But I would caution from investing in the so-called defensive plays since nobody knows what will drive the next stocks market corrections and defensive or non-defensive plays may all well be affected by the corrections.
