Dear readers, I am just back from a shopping trip.
A little while ago, I was at a shopping centre and using one of the DBS ATM banking machines there for a banking transaction. I was surprised when my banking transaction took surprising long and hence I pressed the cancellation button to cancel the transaction to retrieve the card. I was equally surprised to note that it took unusually long for my card to exit from the ATM banking slot.
As I was collecting my card, I heard quite a number of comments from others at the ATM machines that they were not able to complete their banking transactions with the machines. It seems that there are some issues with the DBS ATM machines.
As I was making my shopping rounds in the shopping centres, I overheard that a number of shoppers were unsuccessful in their NETS transaction.
I am not sure whether DBS banking transactions are down or is it with other finance transactions too?
