Dear readers, it is reported today that there will be an increase in service and conservancy charges for constituencies under PAP town councils.
First increase, from 1 July 2023 will have monthly fees rising by between $0.70 and $7.90 for HDB flats.
Second increase, from 1 July 2024, will have monthly fees rising by between $1 and $9.10 for HDB flats.
Given that service and conservancy charges are recurrent charges, looks like I have to save more in order to pay for the increase in these service and conservancy charges.
