Dear readers, recently I got to taste coffee from Generation Coffee Roaster at Block 216 Bedok North Street 1 food centre. It was an exciting experience as I have been wanting to taste the coffee from Generation Coffee Roaster ever since it set up shop in the Bedok North food centre last year.
Block 216 Bedok North food centre already has some of the Best coffee in Singapore including Kim Hwa coffee which I have blogged about and also the more popular Rui Xing Coffee Stall.
Being a lover of thick coffee, Kim Hwa coffee is my favorite. At just $1.10 per cup, Kim Hwa’s Kopi Kao is the chicken essence for coffee and it is just so good.
In my maiden order from Generation Coffee Roaster from Block 216 Bedok North, I ordered their Kopi Gao. At first glance, the Kopi Gao seems to be like any other artisan coffee which I have tasted before, coffee which is more milky and less strong on the caffeine part.
When I had my first taste of the Kopi Gao, I was totally wrong! While the coffee seems milky, the caffeine shot is simply incredible! If I could describe this Kopi Gao from Generation Coffee Roaster, it is like coffee with an exceptional caffeine boost that I have not experienced before.
And best part is that this Kopi Gao, unlike most other coffee, keeps me fully awake till late of the night!
After my first encounter with Generation Coffee Roaster, I can say that this stall has one of the best coffee in Singapore! And no wonder, I have noted that the stall attracts more and more crowds these days.
So definitely, I will count Generation Coffee together with Kim Hwa coffee as one of the Best coffee in Bedok Central.
And if you are in Bedok South, check out Ba Li coffee stall at Block 58 Bedok South Hawker Centre.
Digress a bit, more about me on the coffee front.
I am a coffee lover. I drink coffee from simple instant coffee bags, to making it my way using coffee socks, to enjoying a cup of coffee while people-watching in coffee shops or carrying a cup of coffee or having the coffee take-away in my mug during the rush working hours.
I shun at waste of money when I tasted simply lousy coffee.
I love good coffee and will share with readers where to get some of the best coffee in Singapore.
If you are out and about in the city or other places, these are some of my best traditional coffee recommendations from local coffee chains based on my experience.
