Dear readers, freehold condominiums are always attractive! How much are you willing to pay for it?
Well, for a buyer, the buying price is at $865 per square foot which makes it one of the lowest price per square foot for a free-hold condominium.
A freehold condominium unit was sold at Platinum Edge earlier this month. The condo unit, measuring 2,197 square foot in size was sold at $1.9 million. This makes the selling price equal to $865 per square foot.
