Dear readers, on 8 Mar 2021, there was a sale transaction of a District 15 East Coast, Katong condominium that was note worthy to me.
The Free Hold Apartment at Coastline Residences was sold at $2.069m. The unit sold was 710 square foot and this translated into a selling price of $2,914 psf. The video below shows 3-bedroom flat for the Coastline Residences.
At a selling price of $2,914 psf, the psf is easily 50% more than that of the selling price of other condos in the same district.
