CONDOMINIUMS AT LESS THAN $1000 PER SQUARE FOOT! WHERE?

Dear readers, it is time to look at Singapore properties once again.

Would you want to pay for condominiums at less than $1,000 per square foot (psf)? If so, please read on for the selected property transactions with contract dates between 29 Jul to 11 Aug 2021 transacted at $1,000 psf.

Four 99-year leasehold condo units at Faber Crest of sizes (1,238 to 1,421 square foot) were sold at $1.20m to $1.37m which translates into selling prices of $964 to $972 psf.

Faber Crest is located in District 5 (Buona Vista / West Coast / Clementi New Town) and is a condominium completed in year 2002, some twenty years ago.

There are a total of 360 units spread across 4 floors.

Though into the lease for some twenty years already, I believe these units and at these selling prices of below $1,000 psf would attract buyers who are interested to stay in or near mature estates (e.g. closer to their parents).

For buyers who are looking into investment potential, Faber Crest is near the West of Singapore which will see significant noteworthy developments and projects to come in the near future.

I find the selling prices psf attractive given that we are looking at quite large sizes of the condos here: 1,238 to 1,421 square foot at mature areas.
