While these Reits and Trusts are oversold, it may not be a good idea to invest in them right now amidst the current stocks market environment.
Beside, the fundamentals of many businesses have changed so much so there is no certainty that equities including Reits and Trusts will continue to pay the usual typical high dividend yields going forward.
