Dear readers, recently my wife and I visited Dunman Food Centre.
Dunman Food Centre is a non-descript and small food centre along Joo Chiat Road. However the food centre has some jewels of food.
Introducing you what I call the three treasures of Dunman Food Centre as follows.
Well, the first photo is the Wanton Mee from Joo Chiat Ah Huat Wanton Mee stall. I learnt that the same hawkers used to sell under the Ang Mo Wanton Mee brand.
The wanton mee stall draws the longest queue and the wanton mee, both spicy and non-spicy are simply delicious. The soup that accompanies the wanton mee has a nice ikan bili taste.
Next, we had the famous Tau Kwa Pau from Say Seng Famous Tau Kwa Pau food stall. Simply delicious!
We also ordered a mixed platter from the same stall which is simply Great.
After the second treasures from Say Seng Famous Tau Kwa Pau food stall, we had the third treasures which is simply the coffee from the drink stall at 1st storey of the food centre.
Please order the $1.60 iced Kopi, which rivals the taste from those famous Kopi and Toast chain which can cost up to $4 or more.
