Dear readers, in this post, let us take a look at the condominiums in District 22 (Jurong /Boon Lay) for the cheapest and most expensive condominium prices for property transactions between 13 to 25 May 2021.
CHEAPEST CONDOMINIUM:
By Transacted Price:
LAKE GRANDE CONDOMINIUM of 409 Square foot sold at S$650,000 (or S$1,589 psf).
By S$ Per Square Foot (S$PSF)
PARC OASIS CONDOMINIUM of 1,389 Square foot sold at S$1,310,000 or S$943 PSF
MOST EXPENSIVE CONDOMINIUM:
By Transacted Price
THE CENTRIS CONDOMINIUM of 1,701 Square foot sold at S$1,660,000 (or S$976 psf).
AND By S$ Per Square Foot (S$PSF)
LAKE GRANDE CONDOMINIUM of 409 Square foot sold at S$650,000 (or S$1,589 psf).
It s interesting to note that the selling price of LAKE GRANDE CONDOMINIUM though is the lowest in District 22 but it is the most expensive in terms of S$psf.
It is also interesting to note that THE CENTRIS CONDOMINIUM is the most expensive condominium in terms of price tag but on a $psf basis, this condominium is among one of the lowest-priced condominiums in the region.
The above are all due to the floor area size of the condominium. At 1,701 square foot and just S$976 psf, the Centris Condominium seems a good deal!
