First, as a recap, in Aug 23, CIMB bank’s fixed deposits are at 3.60% per annum for a 9-month tenure.
Going to this month’s fixed deposit interest rate where many banks have lowered or maintain their fixed deposit interest rate, has CIMB bank also lowered its fixed deposit interest rate or have the rates stay the same?
Well, the Sep 23 CIMB Fixed Deposit interest rates are below (more details can be found here).
6-month tenure: 3.40% (personal banking) or 3.45% (preferred banking)
9-month tenure: 3.35% (personal banking) or 3.40% (preferred banking)
12-month tenure: 3.15% (personal banking) or 3.20% (preferred banking)
