Dear readers, Changi Airport Terminals 1, 3 and Jewel Changi will be closed to public from tomorrow for 2 weeks. This comes after a Covid-19 cluster with 25 cases to date was identified there.
During the closing, all workers in Terminals 1,3 and Jewel Changi will undergo Covid-19 tests.
What a constrast for Changi Airport in just a span of few weeks. Just few weeks ago, Changi Airport and Jewel Changi were the site of one of Singapore’s most glamorous awards, the Star Awards. But I believe the closing of the terminals and Jewel Singapore for now is a right move in the effort to stem possible spread of Covid-19.
