Dear readers, let us take a break from the Straits Times Index (STI) stocks (which we have been talking at length these few days). Let us turn our attention to five oversold Singapore Reits and Trusts instead.
These five oversold Singapore Reits and Trusts (each having a RSI of below 30) are as follows:
ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust
BHG Retail Trust
Dasin Retail Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Lippo Malls Trust
OUE Commercial Trust
Again, think twice before investing in these Singapore Reits and Trusts as they are oversold for a reason. Always do your due diligence before any investment.
