MOST EXPENSIVE CONDOMINIUM:
By Transacted Price
RIVERIA RESIDENCES (FREEHOLD) of 1,593 Square foot sold at S$2,300,000 (or S$1,444 PSF)
By S$ Per Square Foot (S$PSF)
BEDOK RESIDENCES of 850 Square foot sold at S$1,335,000 (or S$1,570 PSF)
