Mapletree Industrial Trust: 1.63%
Capitaland International Commercial Trust: 1.41%
Mapletree Logistics Trust: 1.23%
It seems the answer could be a “Yes” as at 24 Jun 22, the following STI stocks, with their weekly gains were the best STI performers:
Mapletree Industrial Trust: 5.62%
Mapletree Commercial Trust: 4.52%
Keppel DC Reit: 4.10%
Mapletree Logistics Trust: 3.03%
Ascendas Reit: 2.55%
Are Singapore Reits and Trusts, with their fairly stable and decent dividend payouts favored by investors in this current environment of increasing interest rates and more volatile stock markets environment?
