Dear readers, as a regular user of ActiveSG gyms, I noticed that a recent transaction of my gym outing has had the fare deduction of the gym fee from MyCash instead in my ActiveSG app.
I was surprised as the normal deduction of gym fee is via my ActiveSG credit balance.
Curious, I asked the gym staff and was told that from 15 Jun 2024, the use of ActiveSG credit has been frozen. For use of gym or other ActiveSG sporting facilities from 15 Jun on to 14 Aug 24, fee will be deducted from MyCash balance. And use of MyActive points will resume on the new ActiveSG+ platform from 15 Aug 2024.
