Before we usher in a brand new week tomorrow, let us recap on the financial and stocks markets for the week of 14 Feb to 18 Feb 22.
For the previous week, the most significant development on the local front is none other than Singapore Budget 2022.
Arising from Singapore Budget 2022 announcement, GST will be increased to 8% in Year 2023 and to 9% in Year 2024.
Sorry, if there are other announcements including reliefs and incentives from Singapore Budget 2022, but the only announcement that matter to me is the increase in GST since this will have a permanent increase on my expenditures.
