Dear readers, there were two condominiums sold for the period 24 June 2021 to 6 July 2021 that were in the $8.4 to $9 million price tags.
A Free Hold condo unit at Lien Towers was sold at $8,400,000. Measuring at 5,049 square foot, the condo was sold at $1,663 psf.
A 999-year leasehold condo unit at St Regis Residences was sold at $9 million. Measuring at 3,756 square foot, the condo was sold at $2,396 psf.
