Dear readers, yesterday, I felt the effect of a large inflation once again.
I used to procure a certain brand of banana from a popular supermarket chain here in Singapore.
The bananas are crunchy and cost only $1.25 for 4 pieces of bananas in general.
Yesterday, I was shocked to discover that the same packet of bananas now costs $1.55.
$1.55 is equal to $0.30 or a 24% increase in the price of the bananas.
Again, the effect of inflation which I encounter on an almost daily basis.
