Dear readers, recently I went to work at 8am, came back home and continued working all the way to past 12am.
This is my schedule for a busy and hectic day!
I have a very heavy workload this year and there are also key assignments which are time sensitive. Hence my working hours are generally long this year.
And I have to have very quick lunch these days.
A simple way which I stay sane is to start a busy and hectic day with a fulfilling breakfast at a nearby hawker centre. Usually that will involve my favorite Bak Chor Mee, Hum Chee Pan and complete with a Kopi Gao (strong coffee).
After working past 12am and heading back to sleep, I realised that I could not sleep as my mind was swirling around with work matters! That is precisely the downside of overworking!
I really do not wish to work overtime if possible as the consequences of working through the night will only become evident as I will not be able to concentrate on work the next day.
